Eight years of nurturing young Muslims in Tampines — a school built by parents, run with love.
Madrasah Al-Iman was founded in 2018 by a group of parents in Tampines who wanted more than just weekend religious classes for their children. They wanted a madrasah that combined strong Islamic scholarship with modern teaching methods — a place where children would love to come every Saturday and Sunday. Eight years on, we've grown from 20 students in a rented void deck space to over 200 students and 12 teachers in our current premises. Our students have gone on to top madrasah, memorised the Quran, and most importantly, grown into confident young Muslims proud of their faith and identity in Singapore.
